Trip to Hongkong with my Family

It’s semestral break once again!   A good time to get a break for my grandsons. So me and my family had planned to go on a Hongkong trip on Halloween. Leaving   Mactan Cebu International Airport at about 6:00 o’clock AM via Cebu Pacific Airlines, after a 2.45 hour flight, we arrived Hongkong International Airport on a nice sunny day. Upon arrival at HKIA we picked up our 4G 5-day Simcard at Klook Counter, this we need for our mobile and internet use which is very convenient. Bought our Octopus cards for our MTR transportation. Then we hopped on the Airport Express train to the city, after 3-line transfers we arrived at our guesthouse along Nathan Road, checked in, left our bags and begun our 4-day Hongkong adventure. Back in Singapore        Disembarking from the Legend of the Seas, our lady driver picked us up again at the port terminal. Then she gave us a tour around the city again before heading to Changi Airport for our return flight home.         Visiting Chinatown. Strolling along the districts and combing through its colourful Peranakan shop houses, Chinatown offers a lot more than just the restored shops and ethnic places. Chinatown night market   We visited the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple located just along the Chinatown district. It is also a museum at the same time. It was a memorable experience, it is rich in history and art. You can find different Buddhist artifacts from all over Asia.        First Day Cruise. First stop was Malacca,   Malaysia.   My family and friends are so excited to get a glimpse of Malaysia. It was a company arranged afternoon tour.     The “ Walk The Dutch Trail” at Malacca City, a UNESCO World Heritage City.       The Red Square or Dutch Square.   This is where historical landmarks are   located like the Stadthuys, the Christ Church and ruins of   St. Paul’s Church on St. Paul’s Hills. the Red Square at the background         the Christ Church St. Paul's Hills ruins of st.
